Scott Walker, Founding Partner
Over two decades of professional experience advising a wide range of clients on a broad spectrum of innovation, strategy, government relations, public policy and corporate affairs, research, and sustainability issues around the world. A career specialised in delivering coaching and consulting solutions on complex topics - helping corporates, governments, NGOs, academics, and ventures, build innovation capabilities and devise systems approaches and implementation to affect positive social impact, especially in Africa. He holds two degrees (politics and law) and two master’s degrees (international affairs and public administration), a post-graduate diploma in public relations, and was a past participant at the THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam. Scott has worked with global think-tanks and in academia, having established, and taught, a strategic corporate responsibility course for executive students at Columbia University in New York City.

Belinda Bowling, Partner
Belinda has more than 15 years of senior management and leadership experience working with corporates, social businesses and the United Nations. A South African national, Belinda has lived in 4 African countries and worked in more than 25. She previously worked as social impact director of one of the world’s largest technology investors, before which she spent 15 years working in international development in Africa and Asia, including 7 years with the UN in Afghanistan. Her sector expertise includes social entrepreneurship, social impact, youth, job creation, sustainability, natural resource management, climate change, education, public health, gender, human rights, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Prior to branching into international development in the early 2000s, Belinda worked as a lawyer and investment banker. She has three post-graduate degrees, including a law degree, a masters in environmental law and policy, and an executive MBA.
